Master Builder'S House Hotel, Beaulieu, New Forest

Master Builder's House Hotel is a historic hotel located on Buckler's Hard, overlooking the Beaulieu River in the New Forest National Park. The hotel was the former home of Henry Adams, Master Builder of the historic shipbuilding village. A 2.4-mile riverside walk along a maintained gravel path leads to Beaulieu village, home to the National Motor Museum and Beaulieu Palace House.

The hotel has rooms in the Henry Adams wing and Superior or Deluxe rooms in the main building. Two self-catering cottages, such as Balthazar Cottage, are available in the hotel grounds. River view rooms offer a separate sitting area and views of the river, marina, and marshes.

The award-winning Riverview Restaurant provides menus that change with the seasons and use local produce. Henry's pub serves hearty British food, a selection of beers, and offers live music on Friday nights. Breakfast provides a buffet with local produce and a cooked-to-order full English breakfast.

Dogs receive a welcome pack, a bed, and treats upon arrival, and can join their owners in Henry's pub. Pet bowls and pet baskets are provided in the rooms. Family rooms and kids' meals are available.

Canoes and kayaks can be hired directly from the hotel's pier on the Beaulieu River. Bicycles are available for hire from the hotel to explore the New Forest. The hotel has a private car park with electric vehicle charging points.
